Booking & Confirmation
• Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as communicated in the booking process.
• Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
• It is the traveller’s responsibility to check all details (dates, traveller names, itinerary, inclusions, etc.) before final confirmation.
• Any special requests (room preferences, dietary requirements, etc.) will be communicated to resort but cannot be guaranteed.
Payment Terms

• Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking with applicable charges.
Cancellations & Refunds
• Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or portal message).

• The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
