    • Any extra sightseeing, services or activity charges other than those included in itinerary
    • Any other vehicle type selected other than the sedan
    • Extra expenses such as route change, airline change, date change, accommodation facility incurred due to unforeseen circumstances, force majeure during the tour.


General Terms & Conditions
  • Booking & Confirmation
    • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of full or partial payment as communicated in the booking process.
    • Prices are subject to change until the booking is confirmed.
    • It is the traveller’s responsibility to check all details (dates, traveller names, itinerary, inclusions, etc.) before final confirmation.
    • Any special requests (room preferences, dietary requirements, etc.) will be communicated to resort but cannot be guaranteed.

    Payment Terms
    • Full payment must be completed before departure.
    • Failure to make timely payment may result in cancellation of the booking with applicable charges.

    Cancellations & Refunds
    • Cancellation requests must be sent in writing (email or portal message).
    • Cancellation charges will depend on the date of cancellation relative to the travel date, as per the policy shared during booking.
    • What-A-Trip reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters or political instability.
    • In such cases, we will offer an alternative package or a refund after deducting applicable administrative costs.

    Itinerary & Package Modifications
    • The itineraries are designed for curated experiences and are subject to change due to weather, operational reasons, or local conditions.
    • Any modification requested by the traveller after booking confirmation may incur additional costs.
    • The Company reserves the right to make reasonable changes to improve customer experience or safety without prior notice.
    • Each package will clearly mention inclusions and exclusions. The traveller is responsible for understanding what is covered in their chosen package.

    Travel Documents & Compliance
    • The traveller must ensure possession of valid IDs, passports, visas, permits, and any required health certificates.
    • What-A-Trip is not responsible for denial of entry, visa rejection, or related losses.
    • The traveller must comply with all laws, customs, and regulations of destinations visited.

    Force Majeure
    • The Company shall not be held responsible for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, war, civil unrest, strikes, or government restrictions.
